Decided to scrap my original blog and start a fresh new one with some work I'm a bit happier with. I did these illustrations over the summer break and although that's some time ago now i still haven't done anything i prefer.Not sure if that's a bad sign...But anyway the brief was to respond to the novel 'The handmaid's Tale'.The book seemed obsessed with the idea of controlling others and enjoying power.Animals are great fun to draw so it seemed like the perfect excuse to create a series of images based on the concept of control.
