Control and controlled

Once I was finished with animals I thought it would be a challenge to create some images where people are also being controlled.People for me are the hardest thing to draw so I was quite happy when these turned out how I wanted.They show different levels of control and power in ordinary situations.The three images were intended to stand next to each other so it appears the ball is falling into the next images and the kite continues into the far image.However, I'm not sure this concept was working as they seemed to read better as single images. Think I might need to make the kite string a bit clearer though ...
